GENERAL DESCRIPTION: A DISPERSION OF ZINC POWDER, TALC AND OIL WHICH IS SUITABLE FOR USE AS A FOOD-GRADE ANTI-SIEZE AND LUBRICATING COMPOUND FOR THREADS, GASKETS, SLIDING SURFACES, AND SIMILAR APPLICATIONS.

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS: CONTAINS A ZINC-PASTE PARTICLE OF NOT LARGER THAN AN AVERAGE OF 25 MICRONS AND WILL NOT ABSORB MORE THAN 1% RETAINED WATER IN A 325 MESH FILTER. FORMS A ZINC/TALC BRIDGE BETWEEN METAL CONTACTS THAT ALLOWS FORGE AND RELEASE AT TEMPERATURES UP TO 2300°F CONTINUOUSLY.
