answering the questions to solve your problems.
Most equipment or software issues can be answered over the phone at no
charge, but we do offer service calls at reasonable rates.
Many of our customers contract us to provide preventative maintenance
service calls.
Our general on-site service range is 250 miles from the Dallas/Fort
Worth metroplex. If you are not within these confines, we suggest
shipping your machine to us for a bench evaluation.
Once we complete our evaluation for a nominal fee, we will quote the
replacement parts and labor required.
