Squeeze Tube Labeling

Soft tubes are commonly used in the cosmetics, personal care, food, medical, and pharmaceutical industries. To precisely label these products, we recommend the USA MADE semi-automatic Universal R310 labeler. This machine is designed to label tubes prior to filling and sealing. Each container is placed in the mandrel and labeled by pressing a footswitch. The system then quickly and accurately applies the white, colored, or clear/translucent label.

A commonly requested option is the pneumatic auto eject. This "blast of air" (post apply) is designed to release the labeled product from the mandrel; increasing throughput by 25%. Labeling speeds can be up to 30 products per minute or 1,800 per hour!
