Automatic L-Clip Label Applicator.
Applies a label or wafer seal from the top to the front of a package.
Can apply a tamper-evident wafer seal or label from 3/4 inch x 3/4 inch up to 1 3/4 inch wide x 4 inch long label.
Provides a secure, tamper evident and attractive closure to any package.
Perfect for use in pharmaceutical, medical, vitamin and supplement, food service and for other items that need an L-Clip closure.
Has adjustable speed bottom conveyors and side belt conveyors for high production speeds.
Can be used as a stand-alone table-top unit or integrated into fully automated packaging lines.
Touch Panel controller includes target counter and 5 programmable presets for all computer functions.
Stepper motor reliability.
Non-contact technologically advanced controls and label sensors for transparent or opaque labels. Labels do not need black marks for detection.
No special operator training required.
Easy to use, setup and label changes only take a minute or 2.
Wafer seals and labels need to be 2 mil or higher.
